Set-Up and Lay-Out Inspector

Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Set-Up and Lay-Out Inspector, where you'll play a key role in ensuring that our processes and systems are set up for optimal performance, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of production processes and materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment and tools.
• Document non-conforming products and materials, providing feedback for corrective action.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production quality and improvements.
• Communicate with customers regarding quality issues and resolutions.
• Investigate quality-related incidents for root cause analysis.
• Work closely with engineering teams on equipment modifications.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality inspection

Technical Skills

• Technical drawings interpretation
• Quality control software

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Analytical thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with inspection technology: Hands-on experience using modern inspection tools and technology.
• Familiarity with ISO standards: Understanding and experience with ISO quality management systems.
