Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our litigation team. The successful candidate will represent clients in court proceedings and provide legal advice across a variety of issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a variety of legal matters and provide comprehensive legal counsel.
• Draft, review, and file motions and other legal documents.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in trial preparation and strategy.
• Provide updates and maintain communication with clients regarding their cases.
• Ensure adherence to the rules of court and legal procedures.
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide guidance on legal practices.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

Experience

• 5+ years of law practice with a focus on litigation and trial law.

Technical Skills

• Court Procedures

Certifications

• Certified Mediator

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Insurance Defense: Knowledge of insurance defense practices and procedures.
