Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable Case Consultant with a strong background in handling complex legal issues. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, attorneys, and various stakeholders to develop strategies and ensure the efficient resolution of cases.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in comprehending legal implications of their cases and upcoming decisions.
  • Perform detailed research and case analysis to support legal strategies.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including motions and contracts.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure thorough case preparation.
  • Participate in court proceedings to provide necessary support and representation.
  • Oversee case documentation and setup meticulous filing systems.
  • Analyze industry trends and legal changes that affect client cases.
  • Mentor junior staff on case handling and legal principles.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • Licensure as an attorney or eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal consulting or a related role.
