Responsibilities

• Stay current with state and local regulations affecting title and real estate transactions.
• Utilize GIS software for property mapping as needed.
• Work with the title team to expedite the title review process.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in title examination.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, law)
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in title examination or similar roles
