Job Description

We are seeking a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers to oversee the daily operations of our repair facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry and demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Your role will ensure that work is performed safely and efficiently while maintaining our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of mechanics and installers' performance.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss goals and challenges.
  • Review repair orders to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex repair issues.
  • Work closely with the management team to establish productivity goals.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Document and report any safety concerns or incidents.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Automotive Technology preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in automotive repair with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
