Job Description
We are seeking a Nuclear Fuel Processing Technician who will be responsible for managing the processing of nuclear fuel used in power plants. This role is critical in ensuring safety protocols are adhered to and operational efficiency is maintained.
Responsibilities
Handle and manage nuclear fuel in accordance with safety regulations.
Monitor processing equipment and report any issues.
Record and analyze environmental data relevant to processing.
Assist in the development of improved processing methods.
Work cohesively with the Fuel Services team.
Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in a technical field related to nuclear energy
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
2+ years of experience in a nuclear facility
