You will work collaboratively with engineers and contractors to ensure project delivery meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings with clients to establish needs and expectations.
• Review project designs for compliance with zoning and building regulations.
• Prepare architectural documents for building permits.
• Oversee construction processes and provide support to contractors.
• Evaluate and optimize design effectiveness and sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural projects, particularly in commercial buildings

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Construction Management Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Creativity

Certifications

• NCARB Certification
• Certified Green Building Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with 3D printing technologies: Knowledge in using 3D printing for architectural models and prototypes.
• Proficient in GIS technologies: Ability to utilize Geographic Information Systems for site analysis.
