Job Description

As the Engine Testing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our engine testing operations. Your team will consist of skilled technicians and engineers, and together, you will ensure that testing procedures are effective, efficient, and yield reliable results. Your leadership will drive the accuracy of our engine performance metrics and enhance our testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of engine testing operations, ensuring efficient and effective procedures.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to during testing.
  • Lead the analysis of test data and coordinate troubleshooting efforts for any identified issues.
  • Monitor the performance of testing equipment, scheduling repairs and upgrades as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and support to your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Document and report testing outcomes to management, highlighting areas for optimization.
  • Engage with external partners for collaborative testing projects when needed.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and adapt testing standards accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in engine testing and supervision.
