• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• State-specific Director's Credential or equivalent
• Child Development Knowledge Deep understanding of child development principles.
• Financial Management Strong skills in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Leadership Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
• English (Fluent)
