Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Operator, you will be instrumental in our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to blend and mix various ingredients precisely to ensure high-quality compositions that meet production standards. You'll work with advanced machinery, ensuring that the right proportions of ingredients are utilized while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is calibrated correctly before use.
• Monitor and control the blending process in real-time.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production status.
• Document production anomalies and improvements.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene within the work area.
• Support training of new staff on blending protocols.
• Engage in inventory management to ensure ingredient availability.
• Review batch records for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and performance.
• Stay informed about best practices in mixing technology.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification related to chemical handling is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Languages
