Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Packaging and Filling Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery for food packaging. The ideal candidate must ensure that products meet quality standards while maximizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust machinery for production runs.
• Conduct routine inspections of packaging machinery and report issues.
• Follow recipe guidelines for filling products accurately.
• Implement and monitor safety measures to prevent accidents.
• Provide support to the production team in meeting tight schedules.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
• Assist in keeping production records up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in food packaging preferred but not mandatory

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with food safety certifications: Knowledgeable in HACCP and/or SQF protocols.
