Responsibilities

• Perform guitar maintenance and modifications as per artist requirements.
• Trace and resolve guitar performance issues.
• Assist with training others on basic repairs and setups.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
• Engage with musicians during events to provide on-spot services.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in guitar repair and maintenance

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a music retail environment

Technical Skills

• Guitar Setup and Repair
• Knowledge of Amplifiers

Certifications
