Job Description

A Semiconductor Wafer Processing Inspector is responsible for inspecting and evaluating semiconductor wafers throughout the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards. They play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the wafer production.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of semiconductor wafers at various manufacturing stages.
• Document and report defects and suggest corrective actions for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Utilize statistical analysis software to track quality metrics.
• Train new staff on inspection protocols and quality control measures.
• Participate in quality audits and process reviews.

• Actively contribute to the development of training materials on inspection processes.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in a technical field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor wafer inspection or related roles
