Job Description

As a Screen Printing Supervisor, you'll lead a talented team in the production of high-quality screen-printed goods. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the screen printing team and assess their performance regularly.
• Coordinate with the design team to assure artwork clarity and print readiness.
• Implement and enforce best practices for equipment maintenance.
• Oversee the management of production schedules to optimize workflow.
• Check production output and quality against industry standards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and supply ordering.
• Facilitate communication between the printing team and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
• Utilize production software to track jobs and monitor productivity.
• Evaluate and adjust workflow processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Graphic Arts or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in screen printing with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

Languages
