Job Description

The Machine Feeder and Offbearer will play a critical role in our production line, ensuring that raw materials are fed accurately into the dessert cup machine. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and feed the dessert cup machine with raw materials based on production needs.
• Continuously monitor and adjust the machine settings to achieve the best results.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure consistency in product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the workstation.
• Follow safety regulations to uphold a secure and efficient production environment.
• Assist in managing the workflow to achieve production targets.
• Report machine issues to the appropriate personnel immediately.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Foster a positive working relationship with team members to enhance collaboration.
• Participate in training sessions to improve operational skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is an advantage.
