Responsibilities

• Architect high-performance database environments to support business applications.
• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Implement and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Define and maintain data governance standards.
• Monitor database systems for availability and performance metrics.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource management for database environments.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve database solutions.
• Engage with vendor support and manage third-party services.
• Mentor junior team members on database technologies and practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Database Management or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related field
