We are on the lookout for a Blockchain Developer to join our innovative team in Miami. In this role, you will work on state-of-the-art blockchain projects, contributing to the development of decentralized applications and smart contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain blockchain-based solutions that enhance security and transparency in operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) on public and private blockchains.
• Engage in cross-team collaborations for improving the frameworks used.
• Lead blockchain-related projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct audits of existing blockchain technologies and recommend improvements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Present findings and solutions to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Remain proactive in identifying future blockchain trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain-related roles.
