We are seeking a skilled Trousseau Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for providing personalized and memorable experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their trousseau needs.
• Select and present trousseau pieces based on the client's style, preferences, and budget.
• Coordinate fittings, alterations, and delivery of garments.
• Maintain accurate records of client orders and communicate any changes or issues with the team.
• Participate in store events, trunk shows, and bridal shows as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail or wedding planning

Technical Skills

• CRM software
• Event planning tools

Soft Skills

• Professionalism and discretion when working with clients
• Creative problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
• French: Conversational

Advantageous

• Fluency in a second language: Fluency in languages such as Spanish or French is a plus.
