Responsibilities
Meet with clients to discuss their trousseau needs.
Select and present trousseau pieces based on the client's style, preferences, and budget.
Coordinate fittings, alterations, and delivery of garments.
Maintain accurate records of client orders and communicate any changes or issues with the team.
Participate in store events, trunk shows, and bridal shows as needed.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
3+ years of experience in luxury retail or wedding planning

CRM software

Languages
English: Fluent
French: Conversational
Advantageous
