Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blunger to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing raw materials, operating and maintaining blunger equipment, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Mix and process raw materials to produce clay slip.
• Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor the consistency and quality of the clay slip.
• Follow recipes and formulas accurately.
• Clean equipment and work areas as necessary.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals.
• Train new operators on equipment usage and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in ceramics technology or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ceramics manufacturing or related field

Languages

• English: Fluent
