Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a critical role in financial modeling and analysis, supporting senior bankers in various transactions. The ideal candidate is analytical, driven, and eager to learn about the intricacies of investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive financial models for mergers and acquisitions.
• Participate in client meetings and offer support in deal negotiations.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret financial statements and trends.
• Conduct valuation analysis to assess potential investment risks.
• Support team members with tasks related to data collection and analysis.
• Help prepare and deliver pitch presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar field
• Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in investment banking or financial analysis
