Job Description

Collections Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Collections Specialist dedicated to managing accounts receivable and improving cash flow. In this role, you will engage with clients, negotiate payment terms, and assist in dispute resolution, providing a seamless experience for all parties involved. Your ability to analyze customer situations and recommend solutions will be crucial for success in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients to facilitate prompt debt repayment.
  • Analyze customer accounts for payment deviations and flag for review.
  • Draft actionable follow-up communications to ensure client accountability.
  • Implement debt recovery strategies to enhance collections performance.
  • Provide training to junior staff on best practices for debt collection.
  • Daily reconciliation of collection data and performance metrics.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review outstanding accounts and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to collections.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all client interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Certification in collections and credit management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in debt collection or accounts receivable
