Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Demographer to join our team and play a vital role in collecting and analyzing demographic data. In this position, you will interpret data to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decisions across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate demographic data from a variety of sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Identify key insights and implications from demographic trends and patterns.
• Develop statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future demographic changes.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to tailor demographic reports to their needs.
• Present demographic findings and actionable recommendations to both internal teams and external clients.
• Keep abreast of current trends in demographic research methodologies and tools.
• Foster collaboration with other researchers to enhance data collection and analysis.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to improve skills related to demographic research.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Demography, Statistics, Sociology, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in demography, data analysis, or related field
