Job Description

The Research and Design Lab Technician (R&D Lab Tech) will be responsible for supporting research and development projects by performing laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses. This role requires a strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and implementation of experiments and tests.
• Conduct research and collect data to support project objectives.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment following safety regulations.
• Contribute to the analysis and interpretation of data and assist with report preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and identify solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and contribute to new ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant laboratory experience
