Job Description

As a Child Development Instructor, you will be pivotal in guiding students through the complex world of child development. Your role will encompass designing engaging lesson plans, delivering insightful lectures, and evaluating student progress.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula for children.
  • Facilitate educational activities and play-based learning experiences.
  • Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes positive behavior.
  • Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's attendance and development.
  • Follow all relevant regulations and guidelines related to childcare.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development or related field
  • Master's degree in Child Development or related field is preferred
