Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions to technical problems. You will collaborate with various teams to develop processes and improve our support framework.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
  • Perform regular audits of systems and hardware performance.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of IT support FAQs and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are preferred
