Job Description

As an Insulation Worker specializing in mechanical systems, you will play a crucial role in enhancing HVAC efficiency by installing and repairing insulation materials. You will ensure that refrigeration systems are optimized for energy efficiency and temperature control, thereby improving performance and sustainability in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct inspections to identify areas requiring insulation improvements.
• Ensure effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Follow up on safety standards and regulations in all aspects of the job.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in HVAC or insulation installation strongly preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience related to insulation installation in mechanical systems.
