Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Insulation Worker to handle insulation installations in residential and commercial properties. You will be essential in delivering high-quality service while following best practices in safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project specifications to select appropriate materials and methods.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure insulation is installed correctly and effectively.
• Document work performed and report any issues to the Installation Manager.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
• Assist in training new staff on installation processes and safety measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in insulation installation or HVAC industry

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of insulation materials
• Using hand and power tools

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Certification in HVAC or insulation installation is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Intermediate

Advantageous

• Certification in HVAC or insulation installation: Preferred certification for enhanced credibility in the field.
• Experience working with various insulation materials: Hands-on experience with materials like fiberglass, cellulose, and foam.
