Job Description

As a Janitorial Services Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the cleaning operations of our facilities. This role involves leading a dedicated team of janitorial staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety while adhering to company protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the janitorial team in performing day-to-day cleaning tasks.
• Set up training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Monitor supply usage and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Evaluate and improve current cleaning procedures for efficiency.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to address their cleaning needs.
• Organize team meetings to discuss performance and areas for improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports for the Facilities Manager.
• Foster a positive work environment among staff.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in facility management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

• Knowledge of OSHA Regulations

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)

Languages
