Responsibilities

• Utilize various ceramic techniques to create both artistic and functional pieces.
• Provide mentorship to newer artists on the team.
• Evaluate materials and techniques to improve production quality.
• Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives to promote new collections.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Fine Arts or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in ceramics

Technical Skills

• Pottery Wheel Operation
• Creative Design

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication

Advantageous

• Knowledge of large-scale production techniques: Familiarity with industrial ceramics production processes.
• Marketing experience: Skills in promoting ceramic artwork through social media and other platforms.
