Core Inspector

Job Description

As a Core Inspector, you will conduct comprehensive inspections of core samples to ensure quality and performance standards are met. You will analyze data and work collaboratively with production teams to refine processes, making the necessary recommendations to enhance overall product quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assessments of core samples, ensuring rigorous testing methodologies are employed.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and recurring issues in production processes.
• Prepare and present summary reports to management on inspection results and quality improvements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to suggest design changes that may affect quality.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness among production staff through ongoing training and communication.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Geology or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in core analysis and/or quality control within the oil and gas sector is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Core analysis software

Languages

• English: Fluent
