Job Description

The Shotgun Shell Assembly Machine Adjuster is responsible for setting up and operating shotgun shell assembly machines efficiently to meet production targets. This role involves troubleshooting machinery issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and fine-tune shotgun shell assembly machinery for different production runs.
• Identify and report any trends in machine performance that may indicate future issues.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new operators, providing guidance on machine operation.
• Stay updated with the latest machinery technologies and techniques.
• Work under pressure to ensure production timelines are met without sacrificing quality.
• Support quality control efforts by conducting inspections of products during production.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area, following all workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred

Experience

• Experience in the firearms industry is a plus

• CNC machinery operation
• Lean Manufacturing methodologies

Languages

• English: Fluent
