Job Description

As an Agricultural Equipment Operator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining agricultural land using various heavy machinery. This position requires a strong understanding of crop management, irrigation systems, and the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough checks and maintenance of all agricultural equipment.
• Assist with planting, harvesting, and other farm operations as necessary.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve operational goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Regularly inspect crop health and report any issues to management.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in agriculture equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory
