Job Description

Join our team as an IT Support Specialist where you will assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support. You will be the first line of contact for users experiencing technical difficulties and will help ensure their resolutions are swift and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktop computers, software applications, and printers.
  • Resolve user issues through phone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Assist with software installations, upgrades, and system configurations.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Train and support users in utilizing technology effectively.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
