Job Description

Join our team as a Glass Worker where you will cut, shape, and install glass for a variety of applications. We seek candidates with a strong attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide glass solutions.
• Ensure high levels of craftsmanship in all glass-related tasks.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and keep up with industry standards.
• Document and report progress on projects to the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in glass manufacturing or fabrication preferred

Technical Skills

• Glass fabrication techniques
• Design and layout skills

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Time management

Certifications

• Certification in glass design and fabrication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Safety training certification for glass workers: Completion of safety training courses is preferred.
• Familiarity with green building practices: Understanding sustainable practices in glass installation is advantageous.
