Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design and implement comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and improving organizational performance. You will collaborate with management to assess training needs and help create a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement various training strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Create and distribute training evaluation surveys to measure impact.
  • Collaborate with HR to align training initiatives with company objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental training initiatives to promote employee growth.
  • Enhance employee engagement through innovative learning opportunities.
  • Research new training tools and technologies to improve efficacy of programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master's degree in Education or Organizational Development is a plus
Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in L&D or corporate training
