Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a vital role in the production process. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting light bulbs for defects, filling them with gases, and ensuring they are sealed correctly. This fast-paced position requires keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of bulbs pre- and post-filling.
• Ensure that gas filling is conducted with accuracy.
• Perform sealing tasks for quality assurance.
• Oversee the operational efficiency of filling equipment.
• Execute quality checks as per production protocols.
• Sustain an organized and clean work environment.
• Follow established safety procedures diligently.
• Address and communicate any production issues promptly.
• Document daily output and report on gas usage.
• Collaborate effectively with production teams to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is a plus

Technical Skills

• Manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions

Soft Skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Technical certifications: Any relevant technical certifications in manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
• Experience with automated machinery: Prior experience working with automated filling and sealing equipment is a plus.
