Job Description

We're looking for dedicated Production Workers to assist in our manufacturing operations. You will program and operate machinery, conduct quality checks, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production by setting parameters and calibrating equipment.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform inspections on both raw materials and finished goods.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure high production efficiency.
• Stay updated with best practices in production techniques and safety regulations.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production effectiveness.
• Report maintenance needs to the supervisor and assist with repairs.
• Train new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or associate degree in manufacturing or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in programming and operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
