Job Description

As the Printing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our printing operations, ensuring that production flows smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve managing the entire printing process, from pre-press to post-press, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily printing operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Evaluate production performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on print jobs to maintain high standards.
  • Lead special projects related to new printing techniques or equipment.
  • Foster a safe working environment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for materials.
  • Analyze operational data to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new staff on equipment and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology or related field
  • Certifications in digital printing technologies is preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within printing operations preferred.
