Job Description

As a Bobbin Winder Tender, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining bobbin winding machines to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Regularly operate bobbin winding equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections of yarn and bobbins, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Document production data accurately and promptly.
• Maintain machines by performing preventative maintenance tasks.
• Work cohesively with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Safeguard the workspace, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Follow all company policies related to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding machine performance and production issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree or certification in textile manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in textile manufacturing or similar roles
