Job Description

As a Tool and Die Maker, you will design, build, and maintain a variety of tools and software platforms. Your contributions will significantly enhance our manufacturing efficiency, making this a key position within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a variety of innovative tools.
  • Develop new tools to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering teams to gather feedback.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and enhancements on existing tools.
  • Create detailed documentation for tool development and updates.
  • Engage in regular testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support end-users in resolving tool-related issues.
  • Review and analyze tool performance data for optimization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the tool department.
  • Mentor junior team members in tool design and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in tool design or software development
