Job Description

As a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining specialized machines to ensure optimal production quality and efficiency. Your expertise will help create finely finished products that meet our stringent quality control standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular machine checks and maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Train and mentor new operators on machine setups and operations.
  • Communicate process improvements to the team.
  • Maintain inventory of materials and tools used in production.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and safety training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certification in machine operation or related field preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset

Languages
