Job Description

As a Crankshaft Grinder at Manufacturing Solutions LLC, you will be operating and maintaining state-of-the-art crankshaft grinding machines. Your role is crucial in achieving high-quality production standards, ensuring that crankshafts meet precise specifications for various applications. Responsibilities

• Operate advanced crankshaft grinding machines to ensure high-quality production.
• Conduct inspections and measurements of crankshafts.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications.
• Document production data for quality assurance.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and processes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Perform maintenance on grinding equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine machining processes.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machining preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive machining

Technical Skills

• CNC grinding machines
• Technical drawing interpretation

Soft Skills

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software: Experience with AutoCAD for creating and interpreting technical drawings.
