Job Description

As a Farmworker and Laborer, you will play an essential role in the cotton industry by operating and maintaining cotton ginning machinery. Your contributions directly support the production of high-quality cotton products that meet consumer demand.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate cotton ginning machinery during production runs.
• Ensure that safety guidelines are followed at all times during operations.
• Inspect machinery for signs of wear and perform necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure product quality.
• Document production metrics and maintain accurate tracking of output.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and finished products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous roles in agriculture or machine operation preferred.

Technical Skills

• Physical fitness
• Knowledge of agricultural processes

Languages

• English: Fluent
