Job Description

The Juice Standardizer is a vital role within our production team, responsible for ensuring that our juice products meet the highest quality standards. You will perform routine tests, adjust standardization parameters, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assessments of fruit and vegetable inputs.
• Adjust juice standardization processes to meet company standards.
• Document and report quality control metrics to management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve production-related issues.
• Support the launch of new juice products with testing protocols.
• Help prepare for audits by maintaining up-to-date quality records.
• Provide training to new team members on standardization processes.
• Monitor equipment for malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Proactively suggest improvements to quality processes.
• Engage in sensory evaluation and consumer testing for product development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a juice production environment is a plus.
