Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee a diverse range of recreational programs.
Coordinate logistics for activities, including scheduling and equipment management.
Engage with park visitors to promote programs and enhance participation.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all activities.
Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes.
Work collaboratively with the Park Manager and team members.
Organize special events to attract and educate various demographics.
Develop marketing materials to promote park offerings.
Gather feedback from participants to improve future programs.
Provide training and guidance to volunteers and interns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Outdoor Education, or related field
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in recreational programming or related fields
