Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Brake Rebuilder to inspect, diagnose, and repair brake systems in vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic brake systems and must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of brake systems to identify issues.
• Disassemble, clean, and repair brake mechanisms.
• Install new brake parts and components according to specifications.
• Conduct performance tests on repaired brake systems.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and services provided.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their brake repair needs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to optimize workflow.
• Train junior mechanics to assist them in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited automotive repair program preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in brake system repair and maintenance
