Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Car Trimmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and installing custom car interiors, ensuring high-quality finishes that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut materials accurately for custom applications.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures while operating machinery.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Provide input on design improvements and innovative solutions.
• Evaluate client needs and provide expert guidance on materials and styles.
• Enhance customer experience by providing exceptional service and follow-up.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal apprenticeship in automotive trim work is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive upholstery or car trimming

Technical Skills

• Sewing proficiency
• Familiarity with CAD software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Customer service

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in vintage car restoration: Hands-on experience in restoring and customizing classic cars.
• Knowledge of heat shielding and sound dampening materials: Experience with installing specialized materials for performance vehicles.
