Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Testing Director to oversee our testing function. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards and enhancing our overall testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test case documentation.
• Mentor and manage the testing team while promoting best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Monitor testing performance metrics and continuously optimize processes.
• Report on testing progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Ensure effective resource allocation across testing projects.
• Encourage innovative testing approaches and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within testing

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
