Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Train and develop team members for optimal performance.
• Monitor production lines for efficiency and quality control.
• Facilitate communication among team members and other departments.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and waste reduction.
• Address and resolve conflicts within the team in a timely manner.
• Prepare and manage production budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Equivalent experience may be considered

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
