We are on the lookout for a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Cincinnati team. This role involves developing and executing test strategies to ensure the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort in ensuring software quality through thorough testing.
• Identify risks early in the SDLC and recommend solutions.
• Maintain test environments and perform necessary updates.
• Assist in the development of ongoing QA best practices.
• Train and mentor junior QA team members.
• Document all findings and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• QA certifications like CSTE or CSQA are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA with hands-on experience in automation testing

Technical Skills

• Postman
• Performance Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud-based testing environments: Knowledge of utilizing cloud platforms for testing services.
• Experience in mobile application testing: Hands-on experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools.
